Leadership Victoria (LV) is a not-for-profit organisation that runs some of Australia’s most highly-regarded leadership development programs. The alumni of LV’s programs also apply their leadership skills to LV’s social change projects.

When I began working for LV, the organisation had begun a period of major change under a new Executive Director. I analysed and revised the over-arching narrative that LV used to communicate about itself, and I developed a model to describe LV’s work. I then wrote numerous documents for LV, including its strategic plan, various successful funding proposals, sales brochures, speeches, copy for a new website – and the pictured 23-page corporate brochure, which I consider the culmination of my work at this rejuvenated organisation.
